One of our English speaking drivers will meet you at your hotel or pick up location at the requested time for this Ancient Rome tour.

During this 4-hour tour you will visit the Major highlights of Ancient Rome. Nothing can be as eloquent in helping you imagine its glory than the archaeological remains that have captivated travellers forever. 

This tour will take you to visit: the Coliseum, the Circus Maximus, the Palatine Hill, the Roman Forum, the Roman Baths, the Catacombs and more! Some of these sites will be drive by and others will be stop to visit.

Seeing these temples and roads, the Roman stadiums and the public squares, the government buildings and war memorials will allow you to appreciate the daily life, religion and beliefs of the ancient Roman people. The splendid ancient city has left many traces that are part of the fabric of the modern city and a major part of its particular appeal to visitors.

• Duration of Tour: 4 hrs.
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
• Walking is very limited as our driver will take you up very near to the sites to be visited. Unlike bus tours that you have to walk most of the day following your guide.
• We recommend pre purchasing your Colosseum tickets directly online to avoid waiting in long lines.
• Entrance to the Catacomb is 7 Euros directly on site.

Our English speaking driver will allow all the time you need to visit each site with NO RUSHING as in group tours. By Italian law he is unable to conduct guiding inside museums, monuments, etc.  Your driver will have no problem if you would like to take extra hours.

If you would like to have an English speaking tour guide, he/she will narrate from both inside the vehicle and will also enter the sites with you. Their rate is 50 Euro p/hour.
