Discounts are not applicable for private guide fees, ferries or for dinners. Maximum discount on the rates listed is 10%.

All our rates are visible directly on-line . Please contact us for rate requests that are not on-line.

Booking a reservation

Simply fill in the information above, click "Get price" and then click "Book". A reservation form will come up to fill out with the necessary info. If there is some extra information you would like to add please do so in the "Additional requests" area near the bottom of the reservation page.

 PRIVATE TRANSFERS FROM / TO THE FIUMICINO AIRPORT

Finding a private car or taxi at the Rome airport is not always easy or economical. 
Booking a dependable Limo or shuttle service that will meet you there with a sign with your name would make things much easier!

-  Travel time to Rome or vice-versa: normally 45/60 minutes.

-  Our driver will meet you outside the customs exit with a Bob's 
    Limo sign with your name.

-  You will be assisted with your luggage and accompanied to your
    vehicle.

-  Private transfers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
    week.

-  Door to door service to hotels or private residences.

Our transportation is provided by licensed professional drivers that are qualified to to perform private transportation in Italy and all over Europe.

We offer great rates and discounts for transfers and tours throughout Italy.

Our drivers will be happy to help you with your baggage and get you and your party off to your destination without being hassled or having to wait in line for taxis or shuttles, when available, especially at the docks.

We do not guarantee or promise an English speaking driver for transfer services as they are not always available due to tours and daytrips in English that are performed daily.  If you are in need of  an English speaking driver for a transfer please make the request and we will try to provide one if available, but normally they are not necessary for simple transfers.

- ATTENTION: Many limo services DO NOT have permission to enter inside the port terminal area and will drop you off at the gate entrance with a long way to walk.  With our transfers we pick up and deliver directly to your ship's gangway.

We offer flat rates, 24 hour service, honest, reliable and courteous drivers.  To offer the best service possible we would greatly appreciate your feed back regarding our services and if you notice ways to improve them.

- Payments are to be made with Euro currency, or with Euro Traveller's cheques directly to your driver.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations are possible via e-mail up to 48 hours prior to the hour of the service requested with NO CHARGE.  Cancellations  by phone are not accepted.

- Cancelling with less than 48 hours before the hour of service requested will be charged in full.

We DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARDS!  The info requested is ONLY to secure your reservation. 

- If you prefer payment with Paypal please add 5% to the shown rate for Paypal commissions.

- Each additional stop will be 10 Euros more.

- 10 Euros more for baby seats.

- We allow 1 hour (after the flight lands) grace time to clear customs and immigration at no extra charge. After that 1 hour we charge 30 Euros per hour for sedan, 35 Euros p/hour for mini-van and 45 Euros p/hour for mini-bus.

Failure to provide accurate information could result in extra transfer fees should we send a driver to the airport based on incorrect information that does not result in the intended transfer.

When you receive our confirmation e-mail with your reservation information, you should click on the link provided that indicates you have received our confirmation and you agree to the booked confirmation. Failure to click on the provided link may result in your reservation not being processed and a driver may not be dispatched.

For your safety please DO NOT leave the airports or ports with unauthorized drivers, he should have a Bob's Limos sign with your name, if you have doubts call us at one of our numbers to help locate your driver.

IMPORTANT: For pick ups from hotels please be sure that your driver is from Bob's Limos. Many concierge's may try to fool you calling a driver that he works with (to get a commission) and tell you that it's our vehicle.

Be suspicious if the driver comes to your hotel too early or cannot tell you your destination or your rate, if he doesn't know he is NOT our driver.

Please call us so we can help identify your driver.  

Leaving with the wrong driver will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged.
 
We will provide our toll free and office numbers in case you do not locate your driver.

Add 20% for service between 8 P.M. and 7 A.M. and on Italian Holidays.

You are not confirmed until you receive our email confirmation.
