* The rates listed are for passengers Iwith 1 large suit case and 1 carry on each. Please indicate if you are carrying extra luggage. You may require to upgrade from a Sedan to a Mini van. 8 people with extra luggage normally require a larger vehicle. The rates listed are per vehicle and NOT PER PERSON. Every extra stop add 10 Euros to our rate.
You will find your driver near the Meeting Point column sign (as shown above) in the arrival terminal with a sign with your name.
Please Note: Flights that arrive in delay after 7 pm will be charged 10 Euros more for late hour service.
- Payments can be made in advance with the Paypal link on our website or cash to the driver at the end of the service.
-We do not charge your credit cards unless authorized by your e-mail.
- If you prefer to pre-pay please use the Paypal link on our webpages.
-When booking use Visa or Mastercard credit cards as guarantees.
-All rates TAXES - VAT are included.
add 15 Euros to the rate for local transfer services in Rome on December 25th, 26th, January 1st and Easter Sunday.
add 10% to your rate if you request an English speaking driver (only long distance transfers).
add 10% to the rate for long distance transfers between 7 pm and 7 am.
add 20% to the rate for long distance transfers on December 25th, 26th, January 1st and Easter Sunday.
add 10 Euros to the rate for all local transfers between 7 pm and 7 am.
add 15 Euros to the rate for transfers to/from Civitavecchia between 7pm and 7am.
Cancellations of pre-paid services will be refunded in full (if cancelled in due time) minus the Paypal transaction fee.
Rates are per Vehicle and Not Per Person.
Maximum waiting time for pick ups is 30 minutes, after this time it will be considered a No Show and your credit card will be charged.

Please note: For clients arriving at the FCO airport, there is about a 5 minute walk from the terminal to the parking area where your vehicle is located.
** Baby seats add 10 Euros
** If making a pre-payment with PayPal you must also fill out our reservation form.
- Stops along the way (for lunch) on long distance transfers will be charged at 25 Euros p/hour.
- Tours and/or detours along the way are charged at 50 Euros p/hour.
- We are not authorized for transportation of animals of any kind.
- Cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the hour of service only via e-mail and confirmed by our company (no fax, phone calls, texts or voice mails): no charge will be applied.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the confirmed hour of service will be charged in full. Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking,
- "No Shows" will be charged in full.
- No Extra Charges for Paypal Pre-Payments.
All requests to modify confirmed reservations in any way are to be made strictly via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the hour of service and must be acknowledged by our office.
FROM THE PORT
Our driver will wait near the gangway of your ship at the Port of Civitavecchia for a maximum of 30 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. After this time he must leave and you will be charged for a "No Show" if you do not advise of any problem you may have.
Before leaving, our office will forward you an email and should you have a smart phone and will also try calling if you gave us a cellular number.
**Please note: For clients that advise in time that they have missed their connecting flights and will arrive later in the day or night on different flights, Bob's Limousines will do everything possible to perform their pick up on arrival (with a private or shared transfer) but cannot guarantee it.
Regarding Airport Arrivals
In Terminal 1:
After claiming your luggage and exiting into the Main Hall area you should be able to see your driver with a sign with your name.
In Terminal 3:
After claiming your luggage you will then exit into the main hall and direct yourself to the MEETING POINT column (as illustrated above) which is in the terminal hall. Your driver will be in that area. For any sort of problem you can call our numbers to help locate your driver. There are also phones at the airport that use coins or credit cards.
*** Please take notice of the chaos that reigns at the Rome airport. There can be delays retreiving luggage, filling out forms, and/or continuos strikes for a reason or another....but our driver cannot wait forever be it your fault or not. We think you understand this.
We allow a 1 hour grace time from the moment your plane lands to when you come out to meet your driver which is normally more than enough time if everything works in the luggage area.
We will not charge for extra waiting time in the order of up to 15 minutes, after the grace time has elapsed we will charge on a hourly basis. You may consider this not to be your fault (which is probably true) but it is not our fault either as our driver was there in time and waiting.
If you are charged for extra waiting time we can, on request, release a receipt for you to prove the charge so you can try to be reimbursed by the FCO airport.
If you are still inside waiting for your luggage to come out after about 50 minutes please let us know by calling or messagging one of our numbers or with an e mail advising that you have arrived so we can have your driver remain waiting. Please do not tell us that no one answered, or I left because I didn't see my driver or I couldn't phone or I couldn't text, etc. You must contact us and we will help you locate your driver!

If you submit a reservation or email and have not heard back within 1 business day please check your spam folder.
** Check your Spam Folder daily for correspondence from us and make sure your email account accepts email correspondence from us.
