PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNERS:
Payments can be made in the following manners:
- By advance (10% mandatory deposit or Full payment) via Stripe through the links on our web pages. No extra charge applied for credid card payment.
You will receive an e-mail that we have received your Stripe payment. - Balance will be automatically charged on your credit card 7 days prior the sheduled service date (the last useful day for cancellation service) No extra charge applied for credid card payment.
- By advance (full payment only) via Bank transfer through the links on our webpages.
- Please print out a copy of pre-payment to show your driver when serviced.
- We do not accept Credit Card payments as our drivers do not carry portable credit card machines.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations by our clients are to be made only in writing by email (no texts, no voice mail, no phone calls or 3rd parties) and must be acknowledged by our company in the same manner. The date that the cancellation is received will determine if cancellation fees may apply.
a) No charges for cancellations regarding private/shared transfers made at least 7 days or more prior to the date of the service. If pre-payment has been made and the cancellation is made within the terms, the payment will be totally refunded MINUS the transaction fee (4%) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
b) No charges cancellations (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding private tours and excursions made at the least 7 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, MINUS the transaction fee (4%) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
c) No charges cancellations (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding shared tours, shared excursion and shared shore excursions made at the least 50 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, MINUS the transaction fee (4%) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
d) No charges cancellations (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding Multidays Package made at the least 50 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, (minus the transaction fee) will be made if within the terms of cancellation MINUS the transaction fee (4%) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
No charge in case of flight cancellation due to the flight company or in case the ship doesn’t arrive.
