CONFIRMATION:
You can book the service just sending us this reservation form with all service details: name, date, passengers number, pickup time, pickup location, flight number, drop off location, pieces of luggage, etc. For a secure reservation our company will request you to send us your credit card info details, type, numbers, expire date and holder name; In case you use Visa or Mastercard we need also the last 3 digits written on the other side of the card. Credit card info is necessary ONLY to secure reservations and no charges will be made.
You can check our prices directly into the pages of our website on by simply clicking on the RATES button on the left hand menu. If you have doubts or a request that is not on the RATES page send us an e-mail and we will answer soon. You are not confirmed until you receive our e-mail confirmation.

(a) in case of cancellation of any service within the terms of cancellation prior to the hours/days of the booked service as stated in our cancellation policy

PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER:
When you use our private airport transfer, you will be meet in the airport one of our expert drivers immediately outside soon after the exit of the claiming area with your name visibly posted on a large placard. On the city you will meet the driver in front at the Hotel concierge’s desk or at the your apartment’s exit. If for any reason you DO NOT meet our driver at the scheduled pick up location PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS AREA until you’ve met him. A surcharge will be applied of the delay in meeting our drivers (for example loss of buggage, delays at the customes etc.) as described below (pick up time rules)
Please contact us ASAP by phone or e-mail if for any reason you are not arriving on the flight you booked or you are arriving on a different flight. In case you are on a different flight than schedule you must place a new booking if you want to reschedule the transfer and the previous order will be non-refundable. (this is valid as for changes made within the time limit of 7 days)
In case of group arriving with different flights our driver will be at the airport as per the flight that arrives at last.

When you use our private dock transfer, you will be meet at your ship exit by one of our expert drivers immediately outside the ship exit with your name visibly posted on a large placard. In some ports, access is not allowed at the ship’s exit, therefore the drivers will meet you at the Meeting Point indicated by the port’s authority.
On the city you will meet the driver in front at the Hotel concierge’s desk or at the your apartment’s exit. ABOUT OUR ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER GUIDE:
We inform our clients that in order to ensure top quality service, our drivers are trained to give informative explanations of the local areas you visit .
Yet strict Italian tourist board regulations prohibit chauffeurs from commenting excessively at official tourist sites outside their vehicles. This is agreement with labour union agreements struck with licensed walking tour guides. They can, of course, speak to you from inside the vehicle anywhere organized tourism is in place.
ABOUT OUR ENGLISH SPEAKING OFFICIALLY LICENSED GUIDE:
Licensed Guide are those who are specialized and licensed to guide in one specific city or limited area. Local culture, history and traditions are so different from area to area even from city to city that no single guide can possibly become highly knowledgeable about a whole country or region.
Therefore many local governments, especially in Europe, have chosen to assure the integrity of the local culture by licensing only those guides who have had a formal education and have proved to be knowledgeable and qualified to represent their area or city. Tours conducted by City Guides are often intense and detailed.
PICK UP TIME:
Our rates for Airport “Meet & Greet service” includes a 60 minutes waiting time after the flight has officially landed and parking fees. An extra cost of 40.00 € (euro) per hour will be charged per hour for waiting time for sedan; 50,00 € (euro) per hour for Van and 60.00 € (euro) per hour for other vehicles.
60 minutes of waiting,without receiving information from passengers, our driver will be free to leave the airport and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged.
In case of flight delays within 60 minutes of the expected arrival time, the transfer will be rescheduled with the first vehicle available and passengers will have to wait for the driver’s arrival.
Leaving your pick up location without waiting our driver will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged.
In case of flight delays over 90 minutes from the expected arrival time, the passengers must place a new booking if they want to reschedule their transfer and the previous order will be non-refundable (this is valid as for changes made within the time limit of 7 days)
Our rates for Dock “Meet & Greet service” includes a 15 minutes waiting time after the scheduled pick up time.
An extra cost of 40.00 € (euro) per hour will be charged for waiting time for sedan; 50,00 € (euro) for Van per hour and 60.00 € (euro) per hour for other vehicles.
15 minutes of waiting, without receiving information from passengers, our driver will be free to leave the port and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged.
If we have arranged for a ride to the airport or any other destination and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes, without inform him or our staff of the delay, our driver will be free to leave the scheduled pick up area and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged
LUGGAGE:
Our company and their chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers that have excess luggage which could result in the vehicle being unsafe. In this case will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged. Please be sure to book the appropriate vehicle if you have extra luggage (for example requesting a van instead of a sedan).
EXTRA SERVICE:
Rates may change ONLY if the passengers requests the chauffeur to wait or do extra stops or
pick-ups.
We inform our clients that our private tours and excursions length is approximate, in case of the car disposal lasts more than the estimated time, extra hours additional costs will be charged .
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION:
All cancellations/modifications by our clients are to be made only in writing by email (no texts, no voice mail, no phone calls or 3rd parties) and must be acknowledged by our company in the same manner. The date that the cancellation is received will determine if cancellation fees may apply.
a) No charges for cancellations/modification regarding private/shared transfers made at least 7 days or more prior to the date of the service. If pre-payment has been made and the cancellation is made within the terms, the payment will be totally refunded MINUS the Stripe transaction fee (4%).
b) No charges cancellations/modifications (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding daytrips, city tours and shore excursions made at the least 7 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, (minus the Stripe fee) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
c) No charges cancellations (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding Multidays Package made at the least 50 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, (minus the Stripe fee) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
No charge in case of flight cancellation due to the flight company or in case the ship doesn’t arrive.

You will receive an e-mail that we have received your Stripe payment.
For Shore Excursions and Day Trips changes made due to external circumstances or in case of bad weather, the prices are NOT REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made in the following manners:
1) Payment directly to your driver at the end of each service only cash in Euro currency or in USD Dollars (if you pay USD a 5% commission will be applied).
2) By advance payment via Stripe through the links on our webpages or credit card through our office staff. No extra charge applied. You will receive an e-mail that we have received your Stripe payment.
3) Please print out a copy of pre-payment to show your driver when serviced.
4) We do not accept Credit Card payments as our drivers do not carry portable credit card machines. If necessary he will be happy to help you find a nearby ATM machine to draw money (not on Shared shuttle transfers).
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Gratuities (gratuities are at the clients discretion)
Client’s meals , food and beverage, guide service and entrance fees to museums and monuments unless otherwise noted on the programs.
TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation is furnished by licensed insured professional drivers and vehicles only, who are qualified to perform public transportation services all over Europe.
RESPONSABILITY:
Our company does not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the course of our tours.
COMPLAINTS:
If by chance you should have any sort of problem or negative issue regarding any service performed by Rome Limousines you are in full agreement that you will first report the incident to the Rome Limousines management either via e mail at bob@romelimousines.com or by calling one of our office numbers allowing our company the possibility to find a reasonable solution before publishing the issue on travel review sites, travel forums, social networks or on the internet. If negative posts are made without first consulting the Rome Limousines management they will be considered in complete “bad faith” and the person(s) that posts will be liable for any damages that may result by these posts. All negative posts without proof or sufficient evidence will be considered in “bad faith” and legal action can and will be taken.

add 50€ to the rate for long distance transfers between 7 pm and 7 am.
add 50€ to the rate for long distance transfers on December 25th, 26th, January 1st and Easter Sunday.
add 20€ to the rate for all local transfers between 7 pm and 7 am.
add 20€ to the rate for transfers to/from Civitavecchia between 7pm and 7am.
add 15€ to the Baby seat on board (each)
add 30€ to the rate for every extra stop
Important notes about meals-cafes-shopping or other:
Rome Limousines Company can not be held responsible and declines any responsibility of service or charges made by restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores or shops of any kind that you have chosen or have been suggested by third parties while being transferred or while on one of our tour and excursion.
It is your responsibility to view the list/ menu of products, food, drinks or other to be ordered. If the list with prices or menu are not available you
should then ask for the prices directly to the person who is serving you and pay for what you’ve requested and received.
If there is a complaint to be made of any kind it is to be done immediately to the waiter or owner of the souvenir store, restaurant, cafe or any other
sort of shop involved.

If for any reason you DO NOT meet our driver/assistant at the scheduled pick up location PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS AREA until you’ve met them. These are shared shore tours and will be conducted as written on our website unless the entire group agrees. Always follow your driver/guide’s instructions regarding pick up times and locations to avoid complaints by your travelling companions.
The group creator will receive a 25 Euros discount on each shore excursion he/she books from any port. If you prefer joining a group that has already been formed simply search our website for your cruise ship and the date in the port of call that interests you, then you can select and join the shore tour of your choice.
Once you have formed or joined a group, your personal information (name, phone and e-mail address) will be shared with the other members of the group. At this point your group will be advertised on our website and you will be able to find new participants willing to join. The larger the group the less each person will pay.
Every time a guest joins or drops out of the group, all the other participants will automatically receive a new voucher with the new guest’s details and the number of people in the group and the new price per person.

PICK UP TIME:
Maximum waiting time for passengers before departure from and to Rome is 30 minute after your scheduled pick up time.
Our rates for Airport “Meet & Greet service” includes a 45 minutes waiting time after the flight has officially landed and parking fees. After this waiting time passengers must wait for the next available shuttle. In the event occurring delay or missing flight, we will still guarantee the service as a private transfer and you will be charged for the correspond amount.
To guarantee our quality on-time service, please be ready at least 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time. Pick up time for return transfer from Rome to the Fiumicino Airport should be set 3h30’ prior the departure flight time. If we have arranged for a ride to the airport (or any other destination) and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes our driver will be free to leave the scheduled pick up area and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged
LUGGAGE:
Our company and their chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers that have excess luggage which could result in the vehicle being unsafe. (are accepted 1 big and 1 small piece of luggage each passengers) In this case will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged.
Extra bags should be declared at the time of reservation.
Add. your rate of 8€ per large bag and 5€ per carry on.
EXTRA SERVICE:
