If you do not receive a confirmation or response to your request within 12 hours we may not have received it. Kindly re-forward your request again. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, you may do so by sending us an e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the service requested and you will receive our e-mail response that we have received.
